    See my above posts.
Assuming my DLA and incap gets stopped, appeals fail, and I lose my mortgaged home. Will my pension income of £400 affect both housing benefit and JSA?

Will I have to pay for part of my rent out of my pension, and as I will have to pay bills etc, is there a chance I will not be able to afford to live in private or rented acccomodation.?

As I said your pension will reduce any JSA and probably wipe it out.

Your pension is also likely to reduce any HB/LHA.

If pension wipes out JSA, how, then can it also affect housing benefit?

If my JSA was to be wiped out, then how could they deduct my pension twice, as my income would already be low due to me not getting any JSA.

    thank you

Your pension would be above your applicable amount and therefore your HB/LHA would be reduced.

I do not think it is Fred - the Pension is too high.

Also it looks like their name is Christine.
