At work, we are looking for a standalone fax machine that will work without connection to a PC, but will also double up as a PC printer.
Laser would be nice but inkjet would be ok. Colour would be a bonus.
Many thanks

Most printer/scanner/fax machines do work as standalone fax machines – and even as standalone colour photocopiers, too.
After all, there's not much point in having a fax machine that can't receive a fax when it's not connected to a computer that's switched on.
One of the most important features of a fax machine is its ability to receive a fax from somebody in a far-off time zone (for example, Japan) when you (and your computer) are fast asleep. And then to reply to it while they're fast asleep.
Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:
As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.
