Hi
did some shopping today and impressed with both of these companies.
Pets at home I brought a new guinea pig, as the 1st one was snuffly they wouldnt sell it too me. The 2nd one wasnt snuffly but said if it started to get snuffly in the next week, to ring them up and they would ok the vet bills being paid by them.
Now at staples there was a lovely chap on the till, I had a voucher for £10 off if spent £20, he then said he see what other offers he could put on for me.. got £28 worth of bits for £15

I would believe it when I see it on the Guinea pig one...they may ask for you to bring it in to them to check out rather than giving carte blanch on vet billsbluebluecow wrote: »Hi

We've never had a problem with any animals we've bought at Pet's At Home and they have always been nothing but excellent with their customer service.
We had a female Roborvski hamster that sadly died and we decided that we'd like another one and wanted a female one. We went to the Pet's At Home in Wakefield where they said that they only had male ones but my wife had decided she wanted another girl so we went to the one in Leeds. They said they had 2 girls but they weren't ready for sale for another couple of days until they're old enough to be sold but they promised that they wouldn't sell them to anyone else as long as we went back on the day they were ready which made us really happy. If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.0
