Fancy Owning a Harrier Jumpjet?

This has surely got to qualify for one of Ebays most unusual auctions?
If only I could remember where I stashed my £76,000 Harrier Jumpjet fund, I'd be tempted to bid on this. :rotfl:

I don't get your post. I remember the vulcan story you posted (it was nearly 2 years ago), but what is the relevance to this listing? This auction (the one I posted today) still has 2 days to run and certainly seems real to me (even though a bit out of the ordinary). How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

How about we start a collection on MSE for this auction? If we buy this, then an engine, and a few weapons. We could offer it to a few of the posters on the Discussion board so they could fly it over and settle the whole middle east problem in one fell swoop (god knows who they need to start the bombing off with though). Maybe this will stop some of the arguing on that board.................. LOLHow many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

BUT THEN i realised it doesnt have a engine  - thats not good - for 75k i would expect an engine wouldn't you!
oh well - ive got a couple of quid spare if we are gonna put all our money together - it would look nice parked on my drive!!

This probably has something to do with a news article i read about the other day. A car dealer traded a large truck of some kind to the value of £20,000 for the plane. It was to the military. If i recall it was a straight swap, but i may be wrong.
If im right though £50,000+ profit alreadyWatch out, you never know who is about.0 -
