Some listings really shock me

I have been casually looking at some Ebay today and am shocked at what I see sometimes.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330423358651&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

There's more than one thing wrong with this listing, namely she couldn't be bothered to post a proper picture of the item and the one she has posted is blue not red (I know she does mention this in the desription).

Also, check out what she's put about the postage.

It is actually listed as collection only so the bigger problem she has (rather than the postage method) is that she is saying she prefers Paypal!

I know this will sound a bit snobby, but if I had such poor literacy skills, I would ask people to help me with my posts on ebay I think "game and travel pack still raped".

I'm also pretty shocked by the reason for sale. If I bought my son a dsi, then he complained it was the wrong colour, he'd just have to lump it. I certainly wouldn't be out buying another.

    Or am I being naive?

I'm just shocked that she bought her daughter another one just because she didn't like the colour of the one she had! That child is going to find the real world a shock when she grows up!

I'd spend about £5 on a new shell kit. Remove 4 screws, move a bit of wiring and it can be any colour you want it to be. Most even come with the screwdriver you'll need.

Still need to do that with mine, the hinge is knackered ;)

Hmm, I might tell my son he could spend £5 of his saved up pocket money on a shell kit .

AFTER I'd pointed out that a DS is a great luxury item, and he should be grateful he has one at all.

I especially like the bit about 'NO that will be NO refund' if it gets lost in the mail:rotfl: Good luck enforcing that love.
