Help needed-Local Delivery Office!

Hi, basically I purchased an item from America via ebay. Unfortunately I was not in to receive the item. I got one of those 'Sorry you were out' cards and have been trying to ring the sorting office to no avail. Unfortunately i live quite a way from the delivery office and because i work during the hours when the delivery office is open, I cant pick it up. I have rang at least 50 times via 0845 number but its always engaged.
I did find the local number and no one ever picks this up. The office in question is Manchester South(Granville rd). What else can i do...is there another number i could ring???
Thanks in advance!

My local office is on 24/7 answering machine, where you can arrange to have the item redelivered. No chance whatsoever of reaching a real person.
Is there the option to do this by sending back the card?
Failing that, you could try RM Customer Service? My TV is broken!

Most sorting offices are open saturday mornings, so i expect this will be when you'll have to go.
From 192.com.... try this

Sorting offices will be open from about 6am, can you not get in before you go to work?0

Thanks for that, just rang them on a local number via saynoto0870.com. Women I spoke to said she would email the depot manager and arrange delivery for thursday morning.
There must be others who cannot get through, god knows how much my bill is gonna be!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
