:(just checked my online banking and my jsa has'nt been paid in.basically i changed my bank details monday.I signed on tuesday and usally goes in today.
as my old account has been put on hold/closed because of being on a dmp.
Do you recon they have still paid it into the old account.
or
would it not go there and just go to the new 1?
who should i ring to find out as i really need the money

I would phone the benefit enquiry line to find out what account the money has been paid into.
Or if you are able to phone the bank where your old account they might be able to tell you if its been paid in there.
Either way you need to speak to the enquiry line.0
