I’ve just signed up for a twitter account in order to keep up to date with news from favourite restaurants and bands etc. I’ve downloaded tweetdeck but I just don’t find it very user friendly and find the interface a little bit busy.
I’m not really interested in posting myself, just keeping tabs on the above. Can anybody recommend an application that is quite simple and is easy to navigate and use?

I would've recommended TweetDeck, but aside from this, I also use Echofon0
