It will get slated on here, my experience is that it can throw up some absolute gems, but also has a good share of cowboys, the system is open to abuse, i.e. relative advertises a phanthom job, hires the husband/son/daughter and leaves positive feedback.We need a decorator, came across this website, has anyone used - opinions please
