regarding csa payments (obviously), but my question is -
when someone is on benefits and the person paying csa pays full csa (as working) does the person who has the children mostly, get all that the person pays subject to payments ?
or is it that all the money that the payer of csa pays goes to the government?
or is it that part of the money paid for the children goes to person with most care and the majority of the money to the government?

From 12th April, a PWC on benefits gets to keep the full CSA payment (be it through the CSA or private), plus all their benefit entitlement.0
-
all of the money will go to the parent/person with care, paid by the parent(s) with less or no care

so (sorry for sounding dumb) but does a parent get full csa payment from a working parent whilst also receiving full benefits?0

so loopy girl in effect, the parent caring for the child/children the majority of the time could infact recieve perhaps 100 quid a week csa payment, plus 80 rent, along with 20 council tax and then have ctc plus child benefit plus their own benefit of about 70.0

thats a lot of money for childcare0

if this is the case, it seems to me that the government are intent on keeping the 'low waged, paid, or whatever' down, as their is no incentive what so ever to better oneself.
yes these benefits and csa payments add up to a lot of money, a lot more than what people slog their guts out for all week, but this in my eyes is an incentive to keep the poor poor, its sick tac tics (or tic tacs as Jade would say).
get out the rat race and show your kids a better way of life, instead of living off those who work slog their guts out to pay tax that allows you and your kids to live the life you do. it will be your turn one day0 -
what happens when the kids are grown and there's no more benefit and csa?0
