Re-pointing 1930s terrace

Just wondered if anyone could give some advice on the probable cost of re-pointing front and back of 1930's brick built terrace. I'm waiting for a couple of quotes and don't really know what to expect so a rough idea of a reasonable price per square metre would be very helpful. Blackpool area, NW. Thanks

I'd budget a bit more than £500 to be honest - your scaffoldings going to be upto £300 - then your materials probably only £100 that leaves £200 for labour £100 each side (hmmm probably not) I would suggest a more realistic price would be 3 times this £1500 or for raking out and pointing anywhere between £25-£35 sq metre0

Thanks for the replies. I'll see what the quotes say and then ask for further comments.0

the man used a tower. so the scaffold cost were nil.
he did it in two days so the labour was approx 400 quid.
as you say the materials were about 100 max.Get some gorm.0
