I'm living at my gf's parents house temperarily and my mail gets sent there. If i went bankrupt would negative things would happen with my name attached to there address??

No this is not so, it's a myth it's just your name not the address.

    Hope this helps

thats good news then, i'm currently filling the forms in online. What if i cant remember an account number for one of my creditors? i've ignored them for the last year and it also asks for addresses. Looks like a lenghty google search coming up!!

We had to wait 10 weeks for our appointment as the courts were that busy. I got all the info about my creditors from the 3 credit reference agencies, the reports cost me £2 each but were really useful, as I could not remember a lot of the info needed.

Don't worry if you can't remember addresses and account numbers. I tried to find addresses online, but couldn't for some of my creditors, and didn't have a clue about most of the account numbers (due to all my paperwork not existing anymore when I went BR). Your OR is (apparently) still able to let people know etc (the creditors ID you on your address and DoB)
I used to be PixiePie, but MSE don't seem to love me and won't help with a password problem. So I'm now a very hairy Hamster (I honestly didn't realise the name could be seen as a little rude when I came up with it! :o )

oh thats good news then. i was panicking a bit thinking that i wouldn't be able to put a creditor down in the BR and still get hounded for it later on.

The more information you can provide the better it is for the OR, that is why I suggested getting your credit files from the 3 credit agencies.
