You pay the fees when you go to court. So the date of your bankruptcy hearing is when you have to hand over that cold hard cash.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

You pay the fee when you go to court, some courts you have to book an appointment, others have a drop in system. You would have to contact your local court to see what system they use.:pB&SC No. 298

Technically you dont apply online, but you can fill your forms in, bit by bit and you can save as you go, to actually apply for bankruptcy you need to speak to your local courtHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

sorry i meant i was filling them in online. Getting a head start until i have the money to pay the fee. Does anyone know when you ring up to declare will they give you a date or does it just vary from court to court??
Thanks

Im afraid it varies from court to court, some have weeks long waiting lists, some you could turn up and do it tomorrow. The best thing to do is ring them tomorrow and find out the local systemHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
