Morgan Stanley cloned credit card

My ms cc was cloned. I cannot access online, would they have revoked my access, or is that how someone got my details? I only logged in once in the last month, and that was via Egg Money manager?

My morgan stanley card was used fraudently at the beginning of this year. I contacted the CC company and they cancelled the card. It also cancelled use of the internet, until a new card was issued and activated.

This is probably what happened to you if you've reported it.

There shouldn't be a problem and you should get access back shortly.
