I ordered a toaster from electricshopping.com
It's a Disney one, I specifically ordered one from them as I liked the look of that one best.
At Argos they also sell a Disney toaster, but it's not as nice. But it's £1.50 cheaper.
Toaster arrives today and it turns out not to be the one in the picture, but the same one as the Argos one. I'm really disappointed. I wanted the other one!
I've been trying to call electricshopping.com but so far no answer. I bet they don't even the one that was in the picture on their website. Can I ask for a partial refund?

You can return the item under the cooling off period or phone them and see if they will reduce the price as it isnt what was ordered (though they may not and are under no obligation to do so)All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

If I return the item, I have to pay for the postage costs or the cost of them picking it up. I really don't feel like doing that as they are the ones that made the mistake.0
