    I posted a similar reply on another thread. Most of those mortgages are for existing borrowers rather than first time buyers. I couldn't find what the 100% mortgage was for Northern Bank, which is a Northern Irish Bank.

    Tipton & Coseley do a 100% mortgage by putting a charge on a family member's house until your LTV drops to under 75%. Eek!
