O2 XDA II Help Please! Crashes & More!

Hi, I posted on here earlier today about the problem with my O2 XDA II not being able to text/phone and crashing. The text problem was fixed thanks to a hard reset.
The problem is, the phone crashes very frequently. Sometimes, a message saying : Caller ID not found (with a lot more writing comes up) If you click ok to that message, instant crash. The main problem is, there is a screen where you select the country you are in, and your GPRS or GMS connection. It's set to germany, every time i click finish, it says setting up connection, and then crashes!
A lot of the time, the phone hangs at the start up o2 screen (just says o2 on it) and won't progress from there. I'd really like to fix this, but I've tried pretty much everything I can and wondered if you have any more advice.
Hard resets have not worked for this issue, after the reset the phone asks you which country you're in - you select ok, it crashes! :mad:
I can't connect to the computer, because I don't have a lead for it.
It does have bluetooth though (computer + phone) so maybe I could connect that way.
I'm at my wits end, and I really don't know what else to try.
Please help!
