    Ticked the boxes and clicked fix, LSPFix didnt find any problems and I used the AVG removal tool, Still waiting on Malwarebytes to finish its full scan.

    Gents, if you eliminate viruses, malware etc...
    I remember seeing a similar right-click issue on a new Dell PC about a year ago.
    The owner had the problem straight out of the box but Dell were next to useless - I think they just took the guy through a complete reinstall from the recovery partition and the problem was still there.

    There was an awful lot of pre-installed carpware on the machine and a bit of reading narrowed it down to a shell extension issue. I used ShellExView to disable the obvious ones and I think the culprit may have been a Sonic extension which I see you've also got installed.

    ShellExView available here and advice on using it here (especially the bit about narrowing it down if you've got a lot of carp installed)

    Thanks for all the help, In the end I decided to backup and do a full system restore, Got rid of all the problems.

    System restore or factory reset?
