Damp - Inside window, only one side!

Hey Folks,

Moved into my house about 9-10mnths ago and have just noticed a patch of damp inside my double window in the bedroom.

It's only down one side, and its also appeared on the same side, on my smaller bedroom window. Plus, i have also thought my bedroom seems to be quite cold at times, could this be related to the damp? What is the best action to take?

All other windows in the house are fine, have had a double check .

If it is between the two panes of glass then you need to replace the glass unit. normally this is caused by a lack of drainage and / or the glass being to low in the drainage channel. If it is on the inside sheets of glass this is usually caused by moisture in the air not damp so much. a person sleeping in a room overnight breaths out a lot of moisture and that has to go somewhere, same with clothes on radiators, showers and cooking. If it is the wall which is showing signs of moisture then you may have a problems with damp (but again could be caused by lifestyle issues, cooking etc.)
