or quick witted.....don't think the tories are worried about being rude, they've got gordon plastered over posters all over the country and have now posted a picture of him with aides holding the door open calling him 'supreme leader'. nice to your face rude behind your back.
I think they are all quick witted, they've all shown that IMO. Supreme leader is what he's called n this week...innit?0 -
hubby is getting annoyed btw. i keep shushing him when he comes in and asks what i want with my meal. election widower......Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0

Well, in 1997 Labour though they needed the Lib Dems and electoral reform was a pre-condition from Ashdown of a Lib/Lab coalition. Obviously in the end Labour won a landslide and they abandoned the Lib Dems. Could be different this year. You can be sure that if a party needs the LDs to form a govt, electoral reform will be a pre-condition again.0 -
Is there any chance of Nick Clegg getting in as I really like him? Don't know much at all about politics. I think that's really good what he said about the MPs, and the other two jumped on the bandwagon.
There is as much of a chance as there ever has been IMO. Depends on ''you'' really.

), I think he is just trying to keep things calm and stop them having a brawl.
I don't know who he is, you're prob right about him trying to stop them brawling though, imagine if they had someone less abrupt!Everyone I know wants to be a millionaire.
Not me, I want to be a billionaire.0 -
cameron is looking really bad at the moment.
voting against removing hereditary peers and saying things like "who in their family life hasn't had to make savings and try to get more for less".....well not you and your aristo wife mate. can the tories stop making a comparison between government spending and personal spending. osborne is just as bad.
It really is amazing how we all see things so differently.
You see Cameron doing really badly.
I keep thinking "phew, he didn't retaliate to Brown's attack, he's doing well".
Think Nick is doing better than both of them, but this is probably because he normally doesn't get the same level of speech.0 -
