Do we all debate whether ash is generally a good a bad thing, before calling each other trolls, forgetting that the ash is the main issue we're supposed to be discussing and end up arguing whether the average wage can afford the average house within 6 pages?
You need to work out the average mean and median ash first. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
f*ck listening to those liars and thieves.
I'm going to be listening to paul weller on radio 2"The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -

Speaking of the ash, I love this quip from DT:

I found the news report about how no official reportage is allowed during and so the ''dirty'' little plans for supporters to be twitting or twirping or whatever it is, to say their guy is doing well in order to sway public while no legit commentators are allowed to comment ...I find this all very filthy tbh. I would far rather official reportage were allowed if this is how they will get around it/try to play dirty tricks.
I find the whole thing, as I have harped on about before, about ''winning'' distasteful. If a majority get their say we as a country win....and are represented....the party doesn't win...it merely represents. I think this winning and point scoring nonsense is partly what colours a rather infantile attitude towards political issues...party by party, not issue by issue....or even the manifesto of the party as opposed to its colour and name.0 -

i agree lir. the issues are the most important thing. and the real interest is in the cut and thrust within parties as to which policies they go with or don't. it would be good if more people felt they could influence this too, rather than just vote on a preselected policies.
personally i'm critical of labour policies too but i do put that to one side during election time. tbh i think i could do a better job criticising labour policy than the average true blue on here. it is so boring all this 'clown', 'loony leftie' name calling stuff. Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
Well it's just started and it has a bit of an 'election idol' feel to it...0

Ooo, looks like Cameron's gone all out and had a haircut.0

First sentence and, as predictable, GB can't get through a sentence without referring to the 'global recession'. Now back to the TV to wait for the 'hard working British public'.0

The insults really do cut both ways here, and in the wider RL and I think there are a number of people who really are properly critical here. And a fair few loyal idiots.0
