Hi,
Sorry if this has already been asked.
My OH (married to me) has a credit card for £1200 and only works part time with not enough income to pay the minimum, (so basically I pay it).
She has no other assets except that we have a joint mortgage.
If I get her name removed from the mortgage and house deeds would she then be eligible for a DRO? Once DRO complete and everything clean I can put her name back onto the mort & house (or maybe just the house).
I feel a bit daft as I'm sure others would have thought of this and its probably not possible.
Thanks
