hi
I have been calling nearly every day at different times of the day to speak to them about going from joint to single claim, and cannot get through.
Been trying for about a week and a half. Just get a "sorry we are very busy, try again another time" message

I phoned them last week on the 0845 number as I wanted to confirm last years income...they wouldn't let me till the review letter arrived but they did answer. Don't think I had to wait that long to get through. Maybe try them later this evening before they finish for the night, (I think they close at 8pm?). Hope you manage to get through.
