I have partitions C: 74.5 used 17.5 free
68.6 used 62.7 free
E: 5.84 used 1.35 free
F: 149 used 84.3 free
As you can see C: drive is overfull and I'd like to retrieve space from
or E:
Can I do this without reinstalling or putting my data at risk?
Thanks for reading.

Move everything from D and E across to F (copy first just in case it goes belly up)
Delete D and E (when you are happy all the data is across)
Expand C to fill the gap.
I assume D E & F are used for storage only. If you have installed stuff onto those you may want to use a manager to shift things (can get tricky otherwise)
Take it slowly, one step at a time.... and take a backup before doing anything.
There will always be risks when messing with partitions..

As CHR15 has said - BACKUP and then do it slowly - think in advance how you want to do it.
I used EASEUS Partition Master which is freeware and not that complicated to use.
:T
EDIT: Assuming it is Windows OS of course“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
Woo - brill - done it using the above. Thanks very much - what a clever application.0

E is suspiciously small and may be your recovery partition, if you don;t have restroe disks might be worth checking and leaving that one in place if thats the case0

Another solution might have been just to move lesser-used data from C: to one of the other drives.....0

I did this - moved 'my documents' to a different drive and problem was solved.
I now download any new applications to a drive with space and so far no problem.
Still as long as all is well that's the main thing.
Well done.:T0
