Dont know if this is the proper forum for this, so my apologies in advance.
Heres my situation.
I have been with Virgin media for donkeys years. During this time i have obviously acquired various customer loyalty incentives i.e £20 for Tv, broadband and telephone line. For added info the telephone line is free calls at all hours to all uk landlines.
So I myself, am moving house. We decided to call virgin media and ask them to transfer the services in my sisters name. I specifically asked Virgin if my services would stay the same. They confirmed that everything would stay the same but my sister would have to pay a one off admin charge of £20.
So imagine my surprise yesterday when we got our first bill yesterday...and we were charged for everything at full price and not the reduced price.
I have called Virgin Media and informed them of my displeasure. Someone from their complaints department will call me regarding this issue in the next few days.
Can anyone advise on best course of action?
