Who do I theaten to report a casino to plz?

Hello there, not sure if this is the right forum to be posting in!
I recently joined an online casino, deposited £40, then because I didn't think that went through i deposited again a few minutes later. Then I found out the 1st deposit went through and so played with that. I checked my bank statement and they have taken the 2 £40s but it didn't show on my casino balance. I also got a deposit bonus of £40 but when I had played through the original, it dissapeared! Now I have emailed them about this asking where my other £40 deposit and my money money have gone but they said I'd played it through! Now I know I definately didn't, and have checked my games transactions which prove this. Who can I theaten them with so they get their !!!!!! in gear as they don't appear to be doing anything about it! The casino is ME casino (Metro). Thanx in advance

Generally online casinos are based offshore to avoid any regulation and for tax reasons.
