Major Yahoo Problems, can anyone help.

Hi all hoping someone can offer some advice.
I've used Windows Live Mail to access my Yahoo, for a very long time. I practically never login using the web.
Yesterday, I was trying to set up Thunderbird on my netbook running Ubuntu. Now I've always found Yahoo a bit more of a pain to get mail from than other accounts, it seems to be a bit temperamental.
Anyone while Thunderbird was downloading messages I got up an Error, I can't remember it exactly and am back on my computer at the minute but it was something along the lines of being unable to access a message. Now when this has happened in the past ( always with Yahoo btw) I've solved the problem by logging on to Yahoo through the web page and deleting all junk and anything else I definitely don't want, and failing that random emails which might be the cause.
However, since yesterday when I try to access Yahoo I get this message
Sorry for the inconvenience.
You've stumbled upon an unexpected, temporary problem. Performing your action again in a few moments will likely resolve the problem completely. If not, we suggest you try re-launching Yahoo! Mail.
If the problem persists, feel free to contact Customer Care about Error Code 2.
Replace the error code with anything from 1-7 its seems fairly random, and if I ever do manage to get into the mail it shows the most recent messages but the rest just show as "loading..." and I get a message about the mailbox being temporarily unavailable.
I'd love to contact Yahoo about this but since I'm not a paying customer I can't see me getting far,
Windows live mail is still delivering me messages presumably because it is only accessing new ones.
Anyone got any thoughts, is there even anything I can do?

Just filled in a Yahoo Error Report, apparently they will contact me with in 24 hours. Should be interesting as they never asked for alternative contact details other than my Yahoo Address, which I can't access :wall:0
