Just be careful of the prices. One of the offers is "Fairy non bio powder 2.16kg £5". At present you can get a 2kg box for £5 as it is so not such a good bargain. Please remove this link if not allowed but for those that have the leaflet delivered or using the list in the original post, check the current prices for the big supermarkets on http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/

Of course check prices elsewhere. That's why I put the full list on there. So people could check in advance.

I hope you didn't take my post as being a dig at you as I was simply pointing out that some of the "offers" don't seem as good as you'd think. The washing powder is something we're short of so when I saw it on their pamphlet I thought we could stock up until I checked the price and realised it isn't such a good bargain.

Well I think I got a good glitch today in Rawtenstall.

The wipes, nappies and Johnson boxes were on a big display at the top of the escalators and I needed nappies so picked up two as there was a huge sign saying 2 for £18 (think there are 120 in each box (size 4)). Got to the tills and they've gone through as £12 each so went to customer services, got refunded £6 and given a £2 voucher plus I had a previous Bounty pack voucher for £1 so got 240 nappies effectively for £15.

I'm not sure if they are supposed to be on the 2 for £18 as it looks like from Ops initial post and an email i got that the are supposed to be £12 each.

    I'm one very happy lady!!

If you are able to, hold off til nearer the end of the event, last time I picked up the johnsons box for £7.50 and a few johnson products for 50p. I think some of the more expensive products were reduced in price as well but I guess its a bit of a gamble!

Well, i was busy yesterday so sent DF to do the shopping after explaining to him about the baby event starting on tuesday so not to buy nappes and wipes etc.

What did he do, NOT LISTEN TO A WORD OF IT.

He thought i said it ended on tuesday, so he bought 6 boxes of nappies and loads and loads of wipes and baby food, When i said DIDNT YOU CHECK PRICES as the shopping bill was almost £150 inc weekly food shop, he said NO cos you said it was the baby event so i grabbed em whilst they were on offer. So i proceeded to explain it again, his reply JESUS i try and help and it all gets thrown back in my face.

Needles to say - ill be doing all the shopping from now in.

Men eh, they just dont get it. Wonder if i can take them all back tommorrow and re buy them on tuesday.
