Found a dress online last week which I thought would be perfect as my wedding dress (wanted something short and simple as we're getting married abroad).
So I went hunting in my local stores to find no one had it, then realised it had been pulled off the website! Ahh panic! Rang the call centre who said there was one I wanted in Cardiff and one in Cheltenham. (Wasnt sure what size I'd need so was going to order both and send one back)
Rang both stores and ordered them, happy days.
Then got a phone call from Cardiff to say they'd found a mark on the only one left. BUT their solution was to send it to my local store where I could try it on and check out the mark. IF I was happy with the size / dress they would then have it dry cleaned for me at no extra charge before I bought it
(silk dress can't wash at home)
I was so pleased with them I just want to hug them
