No need to worry , your old supplier won't let you switch until you have paid what you owe them.That gum you like is coming back in style.0

They work by calculating the cost on energy for each and every supplier/tariff and comparing them to the one you say you are on.
So to get differing outputs, you must have used differing inputs.
Would you care to state the usage you think you input (in kWh) for gas & electricity together with the supply region and current supplier tariff?
(also state the 3 comparison sites you used)
There are umpteen posts/threads on this site that suggest the comparison sites give different outputs, but the reality is that they don't ... except where the poster has used different inputs.
Perhaps you will be the first to prove the case ...? :cool:"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -

Probably best to start a new thread regarding your issue rather than hijack this one.
Also confirm in that that you are a residential customer, not a business customer. Also state the tariff you were on and the one you now have.
Essentially as a residential customer you will almost certainly be able to switch supplier (assuming you are not currently in debt, and you have a standard single rate or E7 tariff), but you may have to pay an early exit fee.
If a business customer, you'll probably be stuck with the contract you are in."Now to trolling as a concept. .... i used money supermarket, uswitch and simply switch. gas £93 per month.elec £100 per month. fixed monthly direct debit.
in order of use,
ovo=590.90
ovo= 447.26
ovo= 547.93
i used the same gas and electric usage on all the 3 sites for the other quotes.
i am residential0 -

Its because you have used DD amounts rather than Kwh usage.
The sites have slightly different ways of working out discounts etc (some rounding up etc)
If you enter your Kwh usage you should get the same results from all 3Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -

As Plushchris says, that's the problem (the highlighted bit)
Use actual consumption in kWh (you can get this from your supplier if you don't have the info) and then you'll get accurate and consistent outputs from the comparison sites."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
