Help LLoyds TSB take my overdraft away and give me charges

Options
Can anyone help please, i have had my lloyds tsb account since i was i uni, i have lived in the overdraft for years, but have resently got married and opened a joint account with HSBC so all my earnings go into this account. i have been chipping away at my overdraft on my LLoyds account since doing this, i have got it down from -£1200 to -£800 in 4 months. i have received a letter today saying that i have incurred bank charges for my unauthorised overdraft. i phoned lloyds up and said i have an agreed overdraft of -£900 so what are the charges for. they said ' we have taken your agreed overdraft away from you' i said i have not had anything in writing and if i did i would not want to incure any charges. they said 'a letter has gone out' they then go on to tell me i have charges of £135 because they tried taking the overdraft intrest out, which was £11 and there was not sufficent funds in the account so £20 a day(6 days) and a £15 fee has been charged . my bloody was boiling, but tried to stay calm to the lady on the phone, she said they would give me the overdraft back for 12 months but would have to pay the charges. anything i can do????????? help

Yes, I would ask them which address they sent the letter to and ask for a copy of the letter because you did not receive it and would ask that they reinstate this and refund the charges since you have been repaying the overdraft. How often do you make payments into the account?
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
