It seems that it's a bit hit and miss then when it boils down to it. To some customers they are nice to and others really rude.
I still think that credit card companies should only let customers have limits that they can afford. I'm not saying that it's totally their fault that we all get into these situations as we are the ones that use the credit but they make it too easy and I seriously think something has got to happen to stop this.
One last point on Cap One.......after my 2 phonecalls yesterday from them, guess what I got in the post today from them.....?!?!?!? Some credit card cheques ! Are they mad ?
