Financial Circumstances change...

Hi All,
Obviously SFE assess my parents income on the 2008/2009 financial year, which does allow me loans and a very small grant.
However, should either of my parents lose their job THIS year, is there anything I would be entitled to, and who would it come from?
My understanding is that it would be my university that would be able to help me out, however if approx 70% of the household income suddenly disappears, surely SFE would do something?

Yes you can be re-assessed if there is a 15% or more change in household income.0
