the co-op have a big drive on just now to try and save the bee population ... they are giving out training courses bee hauses and bees ... but only if you live in certain areas (typical or what) ... i had been wanting to go to the training courses etc as i fancy keeping bees myself ...

so it makes sense for them to give out free wildflower seeds ... good publicity etc...

thanks very much for the heads up was in the co-op today buying things ... will nip in tomorrow and see if they have any left ... am still waiting for my bbc dig in seeds to arrive

Its probably store dependant as i would guess they are just ones that are left from an offer in the Sun newspaper last Friday 9th April where if you handed in the voucher from the paper you got a free packet of the wildflower seeds to encourage bees there was a small article about it in the paper.
I knew about it from a thread posted on this forum last week (the garden offers/discount post )so bought the paper especially!
