Lloyds Monthly Saver - 13 payments allowed?

1.3 You must agree to set up a standing order into the Account for one payment of between £25 and £250 each calendar month the Account is open (your ‘Standing Order’), the first being within 30 days of you opening the Account.

It depends on interpretation, if they allow you to open the account with a payment, then it would seem you can make 12 further monthy payments. The best advice is to check in branch.

Well no, the original T&Cs were quite clear and the branch staff set up my original payment and the 12 subsequent SOs.

The staff set this up for you on the above agreed basis then this is an implied condition and forms part of your contract with them. So the 13 payments are already agreed.

No, it was already explicit in the T&Cs.
