Since upgrading to 10 the umbrella is closed and the pop up says its stopped. The main box says activated. Whats the difference? How do I get the umbrella to open if its important.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Double-click on the tray icon. In the Overview/Status section the first line of mine says 'AntiVir Guard'. To the left of it is a large green tick, to the right it says 'Activated'. To the right of this is a link that says 'Deactivate'. If I click this the umbrella closes and the link changes to 'Activate'. Try clicking the link, even if it says 'Deactivate', and then perhaps once more to try and activate it.0
