Esa--bereavement

since my husband died the doctor signed me off as i aint been to good,on my sick line it has bereavement as reason for being off work,i had to leave work and since then i put in a claim for esa,i have now been sent a esa 50 form to complete,is there anywhere i can get help with filling this out,is there any web site that i can look at to get an idea on how to fill this out.

    It would be best to get face to face advice from a welfare rights officer, these can be found at the CAB and your local Council.

    They accepted bereavement as an Incapacity? Unusual. Its not an illness.

    As healy has stated though - Welfare Rights or CAB could help.

    I am a little confused on why you have received an ESA50, when you were only placed in the WRA group last month?
    Gone ... or have I?
