Reclaim Bank Changes - made a claim in 2007

Can I make another claim?

I realise a lot has changed since 2007 but I am unsure as to whether I should make another claim or not.

    How far did you get with your last complaint?
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    I was awarded an amount a lot lower than that calculated in the letter but I was happy with the pay out.

    Was it a full and final settlement?
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    Not according to my letter to them but they paid out what they said they would as per their reply to us. Sorry hope you understand?

    I've looked at the document and apart from always being in our agreed and sometimes going over our overdraft nothing else applies to us
