Heaven Scent - Avoid.

Hello,
I purchased two perfume from this company from the following website:
http://www.hsperfume.co.uk/
The order was placed on 22/03/2010. I received an email shortly afterwards saying my order was being processed. On 01/04/2010 I hadn't received anything. I sent two emails: one on 01/04/2010 asking about the status of the order. I didn't get a reply. By 07/04/2010 I still hadn't got a reply or my order so I sent another email stating that if I didn't receive a reply, or my order, by 14/04/2010 (today), I would be claiming my money back with Paypal.
The order finally came today. The perfume boxes were battered but the bottles were intact, if a little scratched. However, it was only posted via second class post on 12/04/2010 and it only cost £2.36 delivery (according to the RM label). I was charged £6 for delivery. Their website states that most orders under 2kg will be sent first class, within 4-5 days of the order being made.
I received no email correspondence. There is no telephone number on the website. I tried to find a telephone number via Google but I wasn't successful.
A poor experience. I wonder if I'd have actually got ANYTHING if I hadn't sent my email on April 7th.
