hey everyone,
I have bought a mid terrace 1930ish house and it needs some work...
new electrics - only one socket per room and elec says the wiring should be replaced
new bathroom - with the current config there is a no way to put a shower anywhere, not even over bath, and i hate the current one
central heating - there isnt any at the moment.
so... what should the order and the approx cost, me and my dad are fairly good at DIY, we will do some of the bits ourselves, ie decorating and tiling.
thanks in advance
