Thermostat on fridge

hi I have a problem with my fridge freezer one control works both fridge&freezer but the freezer seems ok, but the fridge isnt cold enough any ideas,why is the freezer ok if it needs a thermostat why is the freezer working, its one of those built in to a cuboard ,where will the thermostat be located if i try and do it myself any help would be apreciated thanks harryk

It could be that your fridge is not full ???
when you open the door the could air rushes out and the warm air in,
Like any fridge or freezer they have to be full for maximum effect0 -
Could be a million things, depending on the fridge. Have you measured the temp in the fridge using an independant thermometer?
Is the fridge iced up? Is it a frost free fridge? Does it have a fan? Where are the cooling fins for the fridge/ freezer?
Let me know the brand and model and it may help diagnosis. But probably sounds like a sensor.NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0 -
