Can someone help me re pension credits/pensions

I don't think there is anymore advice, you've said yourself she is on Savings PC which means yes she is getting everything she is entitled to.

the council have access to check the Pension credit system anyway, and if the indicators on her claim are set correctly then they would know she has PC. if she was not getting pc, she would get help anyway of some description
