what they have done is

and rounded it up to 120hrs then I got an extra full day this year (7.5hrs) for long service

so I have 127.50 hrs + all my BH

which is 23days if I take all 5.5hr days (which I doubt I will do because I will just book days that I need whichever day of the week they fall- I wont go out of my way to book 5.5hrs days off only)
or 17 days if I take all 7.5hrs days
