Champagne from uswitch.com?

On recommendation from here, I did a price comparison for our Scottishpower fuel prices on uswitch.com. As a result, I moved from them to NPower. I also used Martin's link, entitling me to a free bottle of champagne.

This arrive about a month ago, and then, about an hour ago, another one was delivered!! :j but :confused:

Anyone else had this?

    I had the same thing myself. Switched my Gas & Electricity to Atlantic and got my champagne which went down very nicely :beer:

    Last week another one turned up!

    I decided to do the right thing & let U Switch know in case they wanted it back.
    Had to chase them up, but got this email back:

    "We do apologise for the delay in response to your email this is due to large volume of calls and emails received. Thank you for notifying uSwitch that you have received a 2nd bottle of champagne it is well appreciated, I have spoken to the marketing department and they have notified that when you completed your switch you were entitled to 2 bottles of champagne"

    I can only assume that you get a bottle for each service you switch , ie. Gas AND Electricity

    Anyway they've said keep it so I'll be popping the cork in about an hour

    I switched electric supplier last year through Energyhelpline to NPower and didn't get my £10, as it was then. I have emailed them but had no joy. Has anyone else not received their money??
