Indeed I have. They've gone through several stems. I can't decide whether to salt them or send them back.

aaarrggghh the mollusc menace by post! that is pretty bad for T&M i would send them back.......

waah i hope they refund or replace, surely it wouldnt be that difficult to see them before they sent them out

oh my goodness, i think they should refund you and allow you to keep the plants. I wouldn't be messing around with sending them back unless the courier will be able to collect them from your door.

My folks are away for a few days and when i got there to check on the home this morning i saw a T & M package on the floor outside their front door. I haven;t been over for a few days so i haven't a clue how long they have been there. Dispatch date on the outer packaging said 07/04/10.

I bought them home and undid the packaging and they seem a bit bedraggled but otherwise ok. Silly courier didn't even leave them with a neighbour! Mind you, my parents once had a feather duvet delivered while they were out (and it was raining) and the duvet was left by the wheely bins, it was in a cardboard but it didn't even arrive in a plastic bag like you get them in the shops.

That's grim especially from a quality company. I'm sure they'll refund you but not sure that's enough.
God I hate slugs so much I think I'd prefer to get doggydoo through the post....
