you have a CD of the pictures that you can copy and print out yourself so now you don't want to stump up for the photos you mean?!?

No I don't, this sort of thing is on here all the time, they go to the photo shoot, get their hair, make up etc done, have their photo's taken then bleat about how they have been "presured" into parting with their money!

You'd be surprised how badly they apply the pressure. They really are devious.

Luckily I had 'forgotten' my cards when Venture tried to force me to get into debt for extortionate (thousands of pounds) pics from my 'free' photoshoot. I didn't return. Scumbags.

OP, don't think you can do much I'm afraid. Hard lesson, but at least you won't fall for the methods of these types of crooks again.
  • Amistoso actually you do have the wrong end of the stick!!! when i got the pictures taken i was pressured into making a decision there and then and told i could not go away and think about it,. what was worse is they separated us so that we could not decide on the pictures or talk about it. i was told the pictures would be deleted so had to but them. i dont want the cd and not even looked at it. i realised when i l;eft i got conned.

i just want to see if there si anything i can do legally to get out of this

I know but really, these places are well known for this, what did she think was gonna happen, they'd spend all this time and money doing hair/make up etc and not try to sell them photo's at the end? at least you had the good sense to make an excuse and say no.

I agree, i have witnessed these tactics first hand and guess what, i said no!

Its not hard, two letters, one syllable yes they apply pressure but unless your a simpleton you can still say no!

So im afraid as already said, its no fault but your own, theyre just making their living however they can.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.
