Hello again,
I'm hoping someone can help.
Is it possible for me to download last Saturday's moto GP onto disc, please?
Friend in France was able to do so last season, but suspects it's been disabled this year.
Any advice, clues please?
Many thanks if you can help before I head down there tomorrow.

As far as i know you can't legally do it, and if you were to download from BBC iplayer you'd have to get hold of software that removed the restrictions, so not really a good idea.
Of course its fairly easy to get hold of anything these days but again its not exactly legal. Personally I never have an issue with downloading the odd program that I've managed to miss on the catchup services etc. After all I could of recorded it myself, long as its for a one off use and I'm not distributing it I feel its OK. But that's my own morals and not based on what is and isn't allowed.0 -

I can edit it if you think necessary, didn't mean to do anything against the rules. Just meant to inform OP that he couldn't simply burn the download to disk and expect it to work.0

Hi
The BBC make some streams available for download without DRM for viewing on iPhones.
There's nothing illegal about that at all.
You're expected to delete the programmes after viewing, not burn them to disc though.

nope, you didn't, but i was just pointing it out just in case anyone linked to drm removal software.I can edit it if you think necessary, didn't mean to do anything against the rules. Just meant to inform OP that he couldn't simply burn the download to disk and expect it to work.0 -
Gosh, this nontechie OAP femme had no idea she was possibly infringing rules, or running risk of same.
Just wanted to take disk over Channel with me for person to view race.
Failing all else, had what I thought was a brilliant id!e...but please tell me if it will work:).
Could I turn my Skype camera to 'putah screen and let iplayer run?

I just thought it would be like using a photocopier, but with disc instead of paper.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
