Ordered a pair of flip flop style ones for me and two pairs for DD. Also got 4 pairs when they did this deal last year - so now I have got 2 of the huge mugs! What makes me laugh is that the mugs have price stickers of £6.99 on them - who would buy them! :rotfl:

I get all my crocs from crocsheaven.co.uk - they have the new ranges in quickly and normally get the item in the post the next day.

It's seems that Sportdirect customer services is variable to say the least. Ordered crocs for the whole family (4 pairs) along with some watersports shoes for the kids, all arrived promptly as ordered. Wanted to change size and colour of one of the kids pairs so I returned them with the slip and noted what changes I required.

Hey presto alternate product again arrived promptly.

BTW what is the free bag all about, the mug was OK.

Thanks for the heads up. But I think that would be crocsheaven.com, not .co.uk.

I see they sell Work Specialist and Yukon (my favourites) too.

Mine arrived today, I have another pair I bought somewhere else. I am normally a 5 and on the crocs it says 7, so I ordered 2 pairs of 7s from sportsdirect.

Well the ones I got were massive. They are fuscia and orange, and say M7 W9, so I assume they are a mens 7. Who would order these for a man?? anyway they have to go back, and I am gonna be out of pocket on postage. Did people just order a 5 if they were a 5? Confused about the sizing!

I bought my adult crocs instore at Sports Direct - I am a size 7 in shoes with heels and boots, but I wear a 6 in flip flops and sandals. I tried on the 6 in Crocs, and they fit great.

    Hi

Crocs use ~the US system for sizing so the US Mens Size is the equivalent of our sizes in the UK.

To get a size 5 your need womens 7 - The sports direct Website sells them at the UK size so you need to order a 5. HTH
  • Just a note to confirm that their web address is indeed crocsheaven.com. Bought from them last year on eBay where they seem to carry more stock. They do dispatch quickly btw.
  • I paid sportsdirect.com £5.99 for express next day delivery. about two weeks later my items arrived... I was already out of the country so a month later I still haven't seen my £200+ worth of stuff.

Their customer service completely ignored my complaints, I mailed them time and again.
They mere sent me tracking numbers which only showed the items were given to their courier days after they were due to be delivered.

I forwarded a history of my order, complaints and their idiotic replies ignoring my complaints to moneysavingexpert as he was promoting them, I haven't spotted any mention of it on this site either.
So now I have to warn all you nice people... don't buy from sportsdirect.com if you're in a hurry and certainly don't waste money paying for express.
