I will know it's time for me to exit this world if I ever buy a pair of crocs

I have to say I have never worn them myself and have resisted getting my 2 a pair as I don't think they look that nice.
However DD gets really sweaty feet and they were recommended to me (some sort of antibacterial material they have it them?)
So have brought a couple of pairs (one for DD and one for DS) - just for beach wear £14 seems like a good price to me

    Thanks OP :)

Went to my local branch today and they were all marked up as £15 aart from the odd junior pair at £10 so I took the pair of the Mary Janes I wanted to the till and queried it. They scanned at £15 but SA checked on his list and said that they were included in the deal and let me have them for £10. No advertising for the offer or cheaper prices on display so thank you OP - I would never have known without your post!

And there we go. Got 2 cancellation notices this morning.

First was for the full priced items that I ordered on Tuesday night, some of those were out of stock.

Then I got another saying 2 of the 4 pairs I ordered from the sale on Wednesday are also out of stock.

This company really irritates me with the way they do their stock online, luckily I did not pay a delivery charge on the 1st order (must have been a free delivery threshold) but it means I paid £3.95 for delivery of 2 pairs of crocs.
  • Blue monkey -this happened to me last time I ordered from them (I was buying crocs aswell at the time). 2 items where missing from my order and they just sent the other items with no explanation as to whether the other items would follow or not!

I emailed customer services and said that if I was not going to get the full order I was not prepared to pay delivery they should of emailed me first to ask if I still wanted the rest of the order as it only came to about £10. If I had known I would not have payed delivery on a £10 order.

They emailed back saying sorry but you should have got an email but would not refund my delivery money. I was really cross about this so got the head office phone number from my local store so I could speak to someone in person. When I finally got through to a real person they apologised and refunded my delivery charge.

I think the customer service from them is rubbish - you want to speak to a real person and not have to wait days each time for a response to your email. It has made me think twice about ordering from them again.

  • Dragonfly some of us live in the sticks ;) My nearest store is probably about 15 miles away. But I guess most people are fairly near a store to pop in.
