Bit of a surprise to see this thread appear again
I never did get anywhere with the eyelets, my most recent method of securing the ends is to fold them twice and stitch them into place.
I see on eBay a lot of people are now using cord instead of ribbon so it can be knotted to finish off but I have heard this can come undone.Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. I've seen eyelets/press studs/poppers etc. in my local haberdasheries. They always seem to be on the secret bottom shelves where nobody can reach!0
